Cancellation Policy
At Dreamy Lash, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience for your eyelash extension services. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we want to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible. Here’s our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
2. Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows: For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or in the case of a no-show, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to continue delivering quality services to all our valued clients.
3. Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. We will do our best to accommodate you within that time. Please note that if your appointment needs to be shortened due to a late arrival, we will still charge the full service price.
4. Honesty and Communication: We believe in open communication. If you ever have any questions or find yourself in an unexpected situation, please let us know. We’re here to work with you!
